2. What data we collect
For our WhatsApp messaging service, we process data provided by our clients: their customers' names, phone numbers, invoice details, and message delivery status.
3. How we use it
Only to send invoices, payment reminders and account notifications on our clients' behalf, and to monitor message delivery.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Data is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our automation tools solely to provide the service.
5. Protection
Access is restricted to authorised C&L staff with two-factor authentication. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
6. Retention and deletion
Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service. Clients may request deletion at any time by emailing support@cnl.sg.
